Nature of Our Products
All books listed on this website are custom printed on demand once a customer places and confirms an order. We do not maintain any ready stock, and printing begins only after payment confirmation. Due to this customized nature of our products, cancellations and refunds are subject to specific conditions mentioned below.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the printing process has not yet started.
Once the book has entered the printing or dispatch stage, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
To request a cancellation within 24 hours, please contact us via WhatsApp or e-Mail with your Order ID and payment details.
If your cancellation request is approved before printing begins, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Printing Error or Wrong Book Sent – If you receive a book with incorrect content or binding defect.
Duplicate Payment – If your account was charged more than once due to a technical issue.
Book Not Delivered – If the courier fails to deliver your order and it is returned to us undelivered.
No refunds will be issued for:
Buyer’s change of mind after dispatch.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen logistics issues.
Return Policy
Since our books are printed on demand, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
If you receive a damaged or misprinted book, please follow the steps below:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Send clear photos or videos showing the damage, along with the order ID and tracking number.
Our team will verify the issue and may request you to return the defective book (if required).
Upon successful verification, we will arrange for a replacement copy at no extra cost.
If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.) within 7–10 working days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Orders cancelled after printing or dispatch.
Wrong address, incorrect PIN code, or unreachable contact number.
Customer refusing delivery without valid reason.
Minor color or layout variations that do not affect readability.
Orders delayed due to courier, weather, or public holidays.
Replacement Conditions
If your replacement request is approved:
A new book will be printed and dispatched within 5–7 working days.
Replacement shipping is free of cost for verified cases.
If the original courier tracking shows successful delivery and no damage proof is provided, no replacement will be issued.
