1. Shipping Partners
We have partnered with Printster, a trusted printing and fulfillment service, to handle the printing and shipping of all our books. Our products are shipped via private couriers, primarily DTDC. In areas where DTDC services are unavailable, we use other private courier services, including India Post, to ensure your order reaches you promptly.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently ship only within India to India Post employees. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Printing & Dispatch: Our printing partner, Printster, will print and dispatch your order after 7-10 days of order confirmation.
- Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery time may vary based on your location and the courier service used. Typically, orders are delivered within 7-10 business days after dispatch.
4. Shipping Costs
- We provide pan India free shipping for all prepaid orders.
- We may impose extra Rs 100 delivery charges for COD (if applicable).
5. Delivery Methods
- Primary Courier: We primarily use DTDC for shipping.
- Alternative Couriers: If DTDC service is unavailable at your location, your order may be shipped via India Post or other private couriers.
- Direct Shipments: Some orders will be shipped directly from us via India Post only.
6. Shipping Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking details. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.
7. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues or public holidays. In case of a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@postalldcebooks.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund for defective products.
- Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
